The panel will focus on discussions for the need to balance tradeoffs between costs, performance and risk is critical in an increasingly competitive global environment. With the attrition of the cost advantage, the advent of other competitive sourcing arenas, and the political backlash of outsourcing, this panel will discuss how Indian firms can evolve and develop sustainable competitive advantages to meet these challenges and move up the value chain.
